Sometimes an extra pair of hands or a friendly face to enjoy the museum with can make all the difference.
Our volunteer buddies can be booked in advance of your visit to help you navigate the galleries.
Who is the Support Act Service for?
This service is suitable for visitors with additional needs, a disability or visitors that may feel anxious in the space or are visiting alone. If you require a carer, they must attend the visit using one of our free carers tickets.
How do I book?
Our support act service must be booked at least three weeks in advance via our learning and engagement team. Once you have booked your museum tickets, please email us on learning@showtownblackpool.co.uk to enquire or give the museum a call on 0808 175 6929.
A member of the learning and engagement team will then make contact with you to organise your support act. We will need a few details from you in order to make your visit the best possible.
