How do I join The Big Top VIP Membership?

Join online by visiting the membership section or call the admission desk on 0808 175 6929. Phone lines are open Tuesday to Sunday 10:00-17:00

When do you receive all the benefits of the Big Top VIP membership?

You will receive all the benefits of the membership immediately. Your membership card will unlock all the benefits for you to enjoy.

How do I renew my Membership?

Membership can be renewed online, in person or by phone.

We will contact you in advance to remind you of when your membership is due to expire.

Upgrading your ticket to a Membership.

Having visited Showtown we can upgrade your general admission ticket to a Membership.

If you present your ticket at the general admission desk you can pay the additional amount to upgrade to your Big Top VIP Membership.

Discounts to family members cannot be discounted retrospectively.

Purchasing a VIP Big Top Membership as a gift.

You can purchase a VIP Big Top Membership as a gift as a voucher which will have instructions on how to redeem your voucher.
