The W. R. Buckley photograph collection

William Rawlinson Buckley started his photography business in 1904. He was the photographer who took the 1920s images that proliferate in the collection. His studio was in Cocker Square. He died on 31 Dec 1956. Roy Buckley was born in 1916, and joined the business at the age of 16. Roy retired and closed the business in 1970. He died in 1983.
